The Centre for Latin America and the Caribbean invites you to a day of talks and discussions on developing research and teaching collaborations across regions.

Join us to:

  • Hear about current projects being developed and listen to the experiences of Newcastle University colleagues and their partners in Latin America and the Caribbean
  • Discuss how interdisciplinarity and internationalisation can help to tackle global challenges and work towards Sustainable Development Goals
  • Get inspiration from current international students about the potential for long term collaboration
  • Discover the pedagogical innovations being fostered at Newcastle University through educational partnerships with the Latin American and Caribbean region

Thursday 5 June, 10:00-17:00, Henry Daysh Building (Room 1.02). Followed by a drinks reception and CLAC Poster Exhibition at Northern Stage Mezzanine, 17:00-19:00.
