Rural Entrepreneurship Conference 2017

The 15th Rural Entrepreneurship Conference will take place at Newcastle University Business School.

Venue: Newcastle University Business School

The conference is a forum for academics, practitioners and policy-makers that are involved in rural entrepreneurship. Key themese for the events include:  

  • rural social enterprise
  • farming entrepreneurship
  • international rural entrepreneurship
  • rural development
  • innovation and Universities

A workshop which will look at where rural enterprise fits within the new industrial strategy is also scheduled for Friday afternoon.

Gala Dinner 

The Gala dinner will take place on the evening of the 15 June and is being held this year in the medieval banquet hall at Blackfriars Restaurant in the heart of the city. The Gala dinner will be £30.00 and guests are welcome.
