Knowledge Transfer Partnerships
The Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) scheme helps businesses like yours to innovate and grow. The scheme links your organisation with a university and a graduate to work on a specific project.
Each KTP is a three-way partnership between the business, the academic institution and the graduate.
We employ the graduate who works for your business and they are chosen based on their ability to bring new skills and knowledge to your business.
A KTP usually lasts between one and three years, depending on the project and your business needs.
The scheme is supported by government funding. The amount you need to contribute depends on the size of your business and the scale and length of the project.
