Background

Working closely with the Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager and the International Recruitment Officers, I am responsible for leading the Business school's recruitment strategy in The Americas and China.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Lead, plan, organise and undertake recruitment and promotional visits and represent the Business School’s portfolio of PGT and MBA programmes at overseas exhibitions and missions.

Act as a regional account manager in planning and managing Business School postgraduate and MBA overseas recruitment activity.

Plan and coordinate in-country agent training, student interviews and conversion activities.

Manage enquiries from PGT and MBA candidates from designated regions.

Take responsibility for the development and administration of scholarship programmes to encourage applications and conversion from particular target markets.

Become a market expert and act as a key source of information to the School and wider University, providing high quality market intelligence.
