Ellis Solaiman is a Teaching Fellow at the school of Computing Science. He joined Newcastle University as a PhD student in 2000. After graduating in 2004, he worked as a Research Associate at the Schools of Computing Science, and Chemical Engineering on a number of projects including the Gold project at the North East eScience Centre. From 2008 he worked as an online business consultant until 2011 when he returned to the School as a Teaching Fellow.

My research Interests mainly relate to distributed systems, the management of online business to business interactions, electronic contracts, modeling, and software verification.
