Landscape Policy: Making a Difference

On Thursday 15th June the Centre for Landscape hosted an online, expert seminar and discussion on landscape policy. The aim was to to develop skills and understanding of policy engagements and related impacts.

The event considered two key questions:

how best to connect with landscape policy makers?

how to write effective science policy briefing notes?

This expert seminar was led and introduced by Centre co-director Prof. Maggie Roe, and featured presentations from invited external experts on national and international landscape policy to consider examples of best practice and strategies for engagement. These were followed by a Q&A discussion.
