Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

The Faculty has a commitment to establishing more inclusive working environments. This ensures and celebrates the diversity of all our staff and students.

We believe that a diverse and inclusive culture nurtures success. This drives new ideas, innovation and learning which benefits us all.

What we do

Equality, diversity and inclusion is everyone’s business. The Faculty's work is in line with the University’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy.

This strategy is relevant to all our staff and students working and studying in our global locations. This includes our global alumni network.

The Faculty has a dedicated Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team. The team helps to build an environment of engagement and inclusion. This ensures that all our staff and students achieve their full potential.

In pursuit of excellence, we value equality and diversity and endeavour to embed these principles in all that we do.
