About Dr Lucy Hatt
Dr Lucy Hatt is MBA Programme Director and Reader in Entrepreneurial Education at Newcastle University Business School. She leads teaching on innovation, change and enterprise, and researches how the threshold concept approach and entrepreneurial thinking help leaders, educators and organisations navigate uncertainty and build innovative cultures. Her recent work includes publications on design thinking as pedagogy and on launching executive development programmes during the pandemic, translating evidence-based insights into practical tools for professionals.
