Sarah is a visiting researcher at PEALS; she is currently developing a small-scale project with Simon Woods based on the ethical and qualitative dimensions of life with spinal muscular atrophy.
Her interests are in experiences of disability, marginalised identities, wellbeing, and the fair distribution of health and social care. Sarah recently completed a contract based in the Health & Social Care Evaluations department at Cumbria University where she helped conduct an evaluation of a new NHS care model; she also works as a contract researcher for Blackpool Council.
Sarah has had four journal articles published and has co-authored reports for Cumbria University.
