Access our Facilities
No matter when you graduated, you can continue to enjoy access to our leading facilities. This includes our Sport and Fitness Centre, libraries and Students’ Union.
Library access
As an alumni member, you can continue to access our three on-campus libraries using a alumni library membership. You’ll be able to borrow up to eight items on a long-term loan. You’ll also have access to our Special Collections and selected databases.
An annual alumni membership costs £20.
Sport and Fitness Centre membership
All Newcastle University alumni are welcome to join the Sport and Fitness Centre. From the gym floor, group fitness classes, friendly team games or high-level competition, our Sport and Fitness Centre membership can help you get stronger, fitter and healthier.

Students’ Union
Gigs
Relive your student days by attending a gig at the Student's Union. You don’t need a membership to take advantage of events at the Students Union, just check the website for an event that interests you.
Shop
The Students’ Union is also your one-stop-shop for all Newcastle University merchandise. This includes hoodies and Percy the Lion goodies. You can visit the store on Level -1 of the Students’ Union or place your order on the website. Click and collect services and international shipping are available.
