Newcastle Law School is pleased to announce the award of two Newcastle Law School PhD Scholarships to Derek Whayman and Catherine Caine. Derek’s research relates to equitable duties and the extent to which formalistic models of equitable liability have been replaced with duty models. Catherine’s research examines renewable energy construction and habitats protection in respect.
Derek and Catherine will commence their PhD studies at Newcastle Law School this week.
