For the third year running Newcastle Law School has scored 98% in the National Student Satisfaction Survey.
Newcastle’s graduating cohort for 2011 gave the School’s provision a big thumbs up, and individual student comments commended the quality of teaching, library provision, and administration of the School. Newcastle Law School scored 98% in 2009 and 2010, and to achieve a third rating of this strength is an outstanding achievement – and a massive endorsement of the quality of teaching and learning provision in the School, and of the learning and career development support the School provides its students.
Head of School Professor Chris Rodgers commented: “To achieve 98% satisfaction from our students for three years running is an impressive achievement. It is also a reflection of the dedication and excellence of our academic, support and library staff, who all work very hard to make the student experience at Newcastle as positive and rewarding as possible for our students”.
Newcastle Law School’s 98% rating for 2011 makes it 2nd top academic unit for student satisfaction in Newcastle University, and 2nd top Law School for student satisfaction nationally.
