A candidate registered for the LLM in Environmental Regulation and Sustainable Development shall take the following compulsory modules:
A candidate registered for the LLM in Environmental Regulation and Sustainable Development shall also take modules with a total value of 40 credits, selected from the following list. A candidate's selection shall, in all cases, be subject to the approval of the Degree Programme Director.

A candidate registered for the LLM in Environmental Regulation and Sustainable Development may, subject
to the approval of the Degree Programme Director, take other modules with a
total value of 20 credits, in place of modules of an equivalent value specified
for the degree programme.
