Research Interests

Competition Law, Company and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, International Economic Law (including WTO Law), Legal Theory, Law and Economics, and the relationship which Law has to Ethics and Philosophy generally.

My present research involves consideration of normative justifications for cartel control law in Europe.
