Pauline McCormack has been awarded £4,955 from the Wellcome Trust Society and Ethics grant stream to run an event entitled ‘Prioritising Participation’.

The event will bring together researchers and patient advocates for rare diseases and cancer to identify research priorities around patient participation in the introduction of genomics in clinical care in NHS England.

It is part of work Pauline and Simon Woods are leading for Genomics England Ltd and involves academics from Cambridge, Oxford, Manchester and London Universities.
