    • 2016 Symposium

      The 2016 CBCB Symposium was held on Friday 8 July 2016 in the in the Baddiley-Clark Seminar Room at Newcastle University.

      The guest speakers were Professor Christine Jacobs-Wagner, Yale University and Professor Tracy Palmer, Dundee University. There were presentations and a poster competition.

    • 2015 Symposium

      The 2015 CBCB Symposium was held on Friday 17 July 2015 in the in the Baddiley-Clark Seminar Room at Newcastle University.

      100 people attended. They came to hear PI and postdoc speakers from across the Centre, and two excellent external speakers: Professor John Helmann, Cornell University and Professor Mark Leake, University of York. Lauren Drage of Phil Aldridge's group won the first Symposium poster competition with Martin Sim and Clare Wilson winning the runners-up prizes.

      Over 120 people attended the 2014 CBCB Symposium.

      The guest speakers were Jan Löwe, MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Mervyn Bibb, John Innes Centre and Simon Foster, Sheffield University.
