Darwin Festival: Poetry Evening

Organised by the Newcastle Centre for Literary Arts, this evening included a talk by Rebecca Stott and readings by Sean O'Brien and Ruth Padel. Ruth Padel who is Darwin's great great grand-daughter, read from her recently poetry collection, Darwin: A Life in Poems. Both poets also read specially commmissioned poems about barnacles.
