Our city centre campus makes Newcastle University
an excellent place to hold your meeting or conference.

A variety of venues

We can accommodate events for up to 750 delegates across both our main campus and Newcastle Helix site. Our venues range from large auditoriums and lecture theatres to flat floored spaces and smaller breakout rooms.

Many of our spaces make use of the impressive atriums as areas for conference registration and catering. Our team will recommend a venue to best suit your requirements.

Catering

In addition to on-site cafes, restaurants, and private dining spaces, the University also provides event catering. Delegate packages and bespoke menus are delivered directly to your chosen venue and our Development and Innovation Chef can tailor this to specific requirements.
