Newcastle Law School institutes a Client Negotiating Competition

Newcastle Law School is instituting a new negotiating competition in 2012/13, kindly sponsored by DWF. The competition will build upon the current mooting and client interviewing competitions, further developing the skill sets of Newcastle students. The aim of this compettion is to create well rounded students, both academically and pragmatically, with skills which are applicable to many career paths. Each round of the competition will consist of two pairs of students with a common set of facts and who will try to achieve the most desirable outcome for their ‘client’. We hope this will be a success and carry on in future years.
