Congregations
Over 10,000 students graduate from Newcastle University each year.
Ceremony Dates
The Winter 2026 ceremonies are primarily for students finishing courses between late-June 2026 and mid-November 2026. They take place from 30 November to 4 December 2026. The exact date of each ceremony will be set in September. We will contact eligible students in September, to invite them to the ceremonies. Before that time, we cannot predict the timetable of ceremonies; the schedule is created from scratch every year and does not follow a pattern from previous years.
The Summer 2027 ceremonies are primarily for students finishing courses between December 2026 and June 2027. They will take place from 12 July to 23 July 2027. The exact date of each ceremony will be set in early 2027. Before that time, we cannot predict the timetable of ceremonies; the schedule is created from scratch every year and does not follow a pattern from previous years.
