Thanks to a successful BBSRC bid we can now offer serial block face imaging with the Zeiss Sigma Scanning Electron Microscope (FEGSEM) incorporating the Gatan 3view. (SBF-SEM)

Data from SBF-SEM can be organised into a stack of images. By segmenting out an area of interest, in each image in the stack, you can then generate a 3D model.

Specialist software can be used to display and edit the 3D representation of your data.
