Student Protection Plan
Student Protection Plan
What is a Student Protection Plan?
Since 2018, all universities and other higher education providers registered with the Office for Students (OfS) have been required to have an approved Student Protection Plan in place. This Plan identifies the risks that might prevent the University from providing you with the teaching or research provision you expect to receive and it assesses the likelihood of each risk occurring. It also sets out the measures the University has put in place to mitigate the implications for you, in the event of these risks occurring. The Plan explains how you can expect to be informed if a risk to a continuation of your studies occurs and sets out the actions the University would take to protect you.
