Airport Meet and Greet for International Students
Our friendly team of staff and students are ready to welcome you to Newcastle.
Our free service is available to new international students arriving at Newcastle International Airport for the first time.
Our friendly arrivals team will:
- greet you in the airport holding welcome signs
- help you travel to your accommodation by coach or taxi
Please make sure that you are able to move or carry your luggage yourself, as you might have to walk a short distance to your accommodation.
Our meet and greet service will operate between:
- September 10 - 12 2024
- the hours of 08:00 and 20:00
If you are arriving between the 10-12 September but outside of the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 please still complete the booking form. The team will book and pre-pay for a taxi for you from the airport to your accommodation. They will then contact you with the details.
If you are arriving on a different day, please make your own arrangements.
The booking form is now closed. If you arrive into Newcastle Airport on the 10-12 September between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 you can come to the main Welcome Desk in the terminal and the team may be able to assist you.
