Rob McCargow is a frequent keynote speaker and media commentator on AI and digital transformation, known for making complex topics accessible to senior decision-makers and for aligning technology ambition with policy, regulation and societal impact. A strong focus of his work is on responsible, inclusive and ethical AI, ensuring long-term value creation and trust.
He is an Honorary Senior Visiting Fellow at Bayes Business School and a founding advisory board member of the UK All-Party Parliamentary Group on AI, contributing to national and international dialogue on AI capability-building and governance. He has been recognised as an HR Most Influential Thinker, named in Onalytica’s Who’s Who in AI, voted Tech Community Leader of the Year at CogX, and ranked by Favikon as one of the World’s Most Influential Voices in AI.
