Join our engaging 3-part course designed specifically for alumni who aspire to lead confidently through change.

During this course, you'll explore human-centred responses to change, resilience through innovation, and career planning in a rapidly evolving world.

Each interactive workshop draws on key concepts and reflective practices aligned with the #nclMBA, equipping you with practical strategies to navigate complexity and embrace opportunities in your personal and professional life.

Please note that you must attend all 3 workshops to successfully complete the course.

Meet our workshop leader

These sessions will be led by Dr Lucy Hatt, MBA Programme Director and Reader in Entrepreneurial Education at Newcastle University Business School.

Lucy leads teaching on innovation, change and enterprise, and researches how the threshold concept approach and entrepreneurial thinking help leaders, educators and organisations navigate uncertainty and build innovative cultures. Her recent work includes publications on design thinking as pedagogy and on launching executive development programmes during the pandemic, translating evidence-based insights into practical tools for professionals. 

1. From resistance to reframing – How we understand and respond to change
