Career Support Mentoring

Our Career Support Mentoring Programme pairs students with graduate mentors using a student-led approach.

What is Career Support Mentoring?

Our Career Support Mentoring Programme pairs students with graduate mentors using a student-led approach. Students are matched with alumni who have the same area(s) of professional interest, potential careers and degree.

Throughout the programme, mentees explore careers and seek insights from mentors. Mentors support their career development by helping them understand trends amongst emerging talent. They can also help mentees gain exposure in their organisation or sector.

The programme runs once a year for 8-weeks. There is an expectation that mentors and mentees will meet a minimum of 5 times.

What volunteering activity can I undertake with them?

Career Support Mentoring relies on the participation of our alumni community. If selected to be a mentor, guidelines and training for how to mentor are provided ahead of the programme beginning.

Please note, that due to the student-led nature of our mentoring programme, we can never guarantee any alumni a mentoring role.

How do I get involved?

Please get in touch and we will add you to our pool of potential mentors.
