We have large lecture theatres, small seminar rooms and breakout spaces available to hire.
We can accommodate meetings of between two and 500 delegates. Our on-site catering and accommodation, central and accessible location and friendly team makes Newcastle University an excellent place to hold your meeting or conference.
Most of our venues are on our campus in the heart of Newcastle city centre. These range from large auditoriums and lecture theatres, to small breakout rooms and classrooms. Many of our campus venues make use of our impressive hallways and atriums as space for conference reception areas.
Other facilities on offer include an art gallery, sports hall, dance studio and demonstration kitchen.
For Newcastle University staff, internal room bookings are free of charge.
