Meet our teams

Our re-imagined IT Service consists of the following teams:

Technology Operations

Delivering and supporting IT solutions that meet the current and future needs of the University, our Technology Operations team ensures our core platforms, business applications and academic technology solutions are stable and resilient while delivering effective service delivery to customers.

Service Delivery

The interface between the wider University and the IT Service, Service Delivery ensures a customer-focussed service aligned with the University's Vision and Strategy.

Cyber Security

Our Cyber Security team ensures information assets are adequately protected to meet the University's business strategy and objectives. They protect the integrity of the University’s systems and data ensuring service users are engaged and supported to comply with good practice guidelines and legal processes.

IT Business Management

Incorporating operations, governance, communications, and supplier and contract management, our IT Business Management Team supports the planning and delivery of our operations, ensuring management processes are robust, timely and effective.

Developing and maintaining effective strategies and capabilities for technologies and their manifestation, The Office of the Chief Technology Officer ensures consistent, holistic delivery in alignment with the University’s business strategy and objectives.
