The PI should approach us as early as possible during the applications stage. The Team Leads then work closely with the PI,  Research Funding Development Manager and Research Support Officers, to determine project management needs and inform the PI of the appropriate amount of PM time to be costed.

The majority of the projects supported by the FMS Project Management Team fall within stages D3-T2. However, the Team Leads would be more than happy to discuss PM support at other at other stages if the need is there.
