Annual Meeting of Convocation

This annual meeting gives an opportunity for alumni to join discussions with the University leadership team about the latest developments at the University and future plans.

The 2025 meeting will be chaired by Clare Talbot-Jones (Acting Chair of Convocation). The full agenda will be shared with all those registered to attend 14 days ahead of the meeting.

Chair of Convocation election

Every 3 years, Convocation is invited to elect a new chair under procedures as decided by University Court.

The current term of office will come to an end in November 2025 and an election process for the role of Chair will take place in October 2025.
