Experienced Senior Trial Manager with leadership across CTIMPs, device, surgical and other interventional studies in a wide range of therapeutic areas, including mental health. Particular expertise includes delivery of complex methodological trials in rare diseases and I am a member of the LifeArc Centre for the Acceleration of Rare Disease Trials team. I provide methodology advice to funding applications via the RSS North East and North Cumbria. Academic contributions include co‑leading the Newcastle University postgraduate Integrity, Infrastructure and Information Governance in Healthcare Research module and co-supervision of a PhD student. Additional roles include serving on the Newcastle University Faculty of Medical Sciences Research Ethics Committee and the UKTMN Professional Development Group.
