Aim: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of an animal free ex vivo expanded autologous LSC transplantation for the treatment of unilateral total LSCD.

Primary outcome

  1. Reversal of LSCD by impression cytology
  2. Ocular surface reconstruction
  3. Improvement in patient’s reported ocular surface pain
