Background
I started working in Newcastle Clinical Trials Unit as Trial Administrator in December 2015 and became a Trial Manager in January 2018.
I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research in September 2024 and in October 2024 I started work on a PhD in Translational and Clinical Research as part of the AGE Research Group,NIHR Newcastle Biomedical Research Centre.
Research
I am currently undertaking a PhD in Translational and Clinical Research. My research is looking at ways to increase inclusivity in clinical trials of treatments for sarcopenia. I am also working on the REVITALiSE sarcopenia platform trial.
Previously I was Trial Manager on TOPSAT 2, COBALT, the BHF SENIOR-RITA Trial, HAPLO+4Kids and ENHANCE-D.
