Aim: To establish, and inform guidance for, the best management strategy for patients with nasal obstruction associated with a deviated septum via a randomised controlled trial of surgery (within 8 weeks) versus defined medical management.

Primary outcome:  SNOT-22 questionnaire at 6 months follow up
