Booking Form for Staff/Visitor Accommodation

This booking form is for staff/visitors requiring University accommodation. To ensure your booking is processed smoothly, it is important you complete all sections of this form. If there are insufficient details, this may cause delays.

Please ensure that your booking request is made a minimum of seven days in advance of the first night stay. If you are travelling from overseas and require a visa we recommend you do not make any request until your visa has been confirmed as any cancellation will incur charges in line with our cancellation policy.
Christmas Closure – the accommodation at Carlton Lodge will be closed for the Christmas holidays from Friday 24 December 2014 until Tuesday 6 January 2015. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you want to make a group booking (multiple rooms/multiple people) - a booking form is required for each individual room, preferably in the name of the person who will be occupying the room.
