Reception doors are open Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.45 and the Customer Services team can also be contacted by telephone and email from 08.00 – 18.00.
Public transport information
By Metro
Jesmond and Haymarket Metro stations are both a short walk away.
There are Metro trains every five minutes during the day, to and from both these stations, into Newcastle city centre.
Windsor Terrace is within five minutes’ walk of the city centre where there are buses, Metros, and trains to local and national locations.
By bus

Calls to this number will cost 10 pence a minute from a landline and considerably more from a mobile.
By train
From Newcastle Central Station you can take the Metro directly to Haymarket (three stops) or Jesmond (four stops).
Taxis are also available from the Central Station.
By Air
Newcastle International Airport is only seven miles northwest of Newcastle University.
A taxi from the Airport will take about 15 minutes, costing approximately £15.
You can also travel by Metro from Jesmond or Haymarket stations which will take approximately 20–25 minutes.

Rooms will be made up for arrival and guests are responsible for their own cleaning. Bedding and towels can be laundered by the guest during their stay by using the onsite launderette.
We have a weekly cleaning service for communal areas. (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).
