Hayley Fowler is Professor of Climate Change Impacts in the Water Resource Systems Engineering Group in the School of Engineering. She specialises in the analysis of the impacts of climate change and variability on hydrological and water resource systems, examining recent trends in extremes and future projections and their impacts on flood and drought risks.

Andrew Henderson is Reader in Physical Geography who works at the interface of chemical, ecological and geological sciences, and his research aims to understand the patterns and mechanisms of climate change by using the ‘natural climate experiments of the past’ archived in lake and ocean sediments.

Marion Pfeifer (School of Natural and Environmental Sciences)

Marion Pfeifer is a Reader in Landscape Ecology and Management in the School of Natural and Environmental Sciences. She is using systems approach frameworks and models to understand and monitor response of biodiversity and human wellbeing to global change drivers. Her group works primarily in the rural tropics, collecting and analysing social and ecological data to guide restoration and conservation processes.
