Background
Linder provides leadership to the People Services team within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HaSS). Key responsibilities of the role include shaping aspirational and innovative long-term people strategies that attract, develop, reward and retain a highly motivated and diverse workforce. Linder is a member of, Faculty Steering Group (FSG), Faculty Executive Board (FEB), People & Culture Group and Professional Services Leadership Board (PSLB) working as a strategic partner with senior Faculty colleagues to deliver the University's vision and strategy.
