My job responsibilities include:
- Working with the central social media team to coordinate projects
- Assisting with electricity and gas invoicing and validation
- Operating the University BMS system, covering energy exceptions
- Creating graphics to promote sustainability events, targeting both staff and students
- Analysing audience engagement across communications platforms
- Replying to emails from the sustainable campus inbox, including waste enquiries and parking requests
- Supporting all staff members with upcoming projects
