Every University activity must be conducted in accordance to the University's Environmental Management System (EMS), as required by the University's Executive Board. The EMS is the environmental sustainability equivalent of the University's Health and Safety Management System. This system establishes procedures and processes for the training of colleagues, control of activities, monitoring of impacts and reporting of environmental performance required for any activity conducted by or on behalf of the University which can result in an environmental impact.
