Within this website you can find information about the Executive and Governance Office, which provides administrative and general support to the University's senior governance and executive committees including Court, Council, Senate, Academic Board, Convocation and Executive Board

The unit maintains oversight of the University’s corporate governance structures, and also provides leadership in relation to risk management, business continuity, and information governance, as well as support for Executive Board, the University's senior management team.

The office also provides support for the Chair of Council and lay (external) members of University Council, as well as providing guidance and advice to staff across the University in relation to the above responsibilities.

From this site you can also access agenda, minutes and documentation for the University's statutory committees as well as other key University strategic and organisational documentation.  Copies of previous meeting minutes are available upon request.
