David is a chartered quantity surveyor, accomplished business leader and professional manager with over 35 years’ experience of leading teams on challenging projects and programmes in construction and development.
Previous assignments have seen David working on a range of developments with leading organisations across many sectors, including: BBSRC; MRC; Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew; Horticulture Research International; John Innes Institute; MoD; Pfizer; British Film Institute; Gibraltar Health Authority; University of Sheffield; Kings College London; University of Southampton; Loughborough University; Rugby Football Union; BBC; British Airways.
David has his own consultancy firm established to carry out client-side interim management appointments, and is a founding partner of 3PM LLP, a management consultancy specialising in portfolio, programme and project management.
Board membership: Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew as an independent member of the Project Board for the Temperate House redevelopment at Kew Gardens; Programme Director for the Quadram Institute on the Norwich Research Park bringing together research teams of the Institute of Food Research, University of East Anglia Faculty of Science and Norwich Medical School, & the Norwich & Norfolk University Hospital NHS Trust regional gastrointestinal endoscopy unit.
