Ms Lil Collingham-Clark

Lil is Head of School Partnerships (North East, North West and Yorkshire & Humber) for Teach First, a national education charity working to eradicate educational disadvantage in the UK. Lil has worked for Teach First in numerous roles, with a focus on partnership development and relationship management. Prior to Teach First, her background has been in Higher Education in several roles which include experience in; setting up a regional partnership of universities to support vulnerable young people progress to university, project management, change management and quality assurance.

Lil mentors two young people who are in sixth form and has experience as both Chair and Vice-Chair of Governors at a local primary school in Newcastle. She is also one of the founding members of Northumberland Executive Women, a group of senior leaders from the region who work with young women to support their career progression and aspirations.
