Angela is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant and has over 30 years of Finance, Risk and Audit experience in the UK and North America. She currently has a non-executive director portfolio following her retirement from executive life in 2018. Most recently Angela was Group Finance Director and Deputy CEO for Newcastle Building Society following a number of senior roles in risk, internal audit and strategy and projects. She also spent 12 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior manager in the audit and assurance practice; including 2 years in California. Angela is a graduate of Newcastle University where she studied Accountancy and Financial Analysis.
