Our facilities are available free of charge to all Newcastle University staff and students who register with us.

Register

To register you need to:

1. Read the LRC rules (PDF: 23 KB)
2. Fill in the online registration form (Standard and large print registration forms are available at our reception)

Ensure you bring your University smartcard on every visit to the centre as you will need this to enter and exit.

The online registration form is for current members of Newcastle University. 

Access the Centre

You need to bring your smartcard every time you visit as you will need it to access the facilities. Do not allow others to use your card. You may lose your right to membership if you lend your card to another person.
