Advancing Gender Equality in Media Industries

This pan-European project led by Professor Karen Ross is co-funded by the EU Rights, Equality and Citizenship programme and Justice programme, 2017-2019.

One of the project's aims is to develop forums. Here journalism, education and media workplaces can meet to advance gender equality and provide opportunities for students.

The project is currently (2018) developing a web platform which will include a Resources Bank of Good Practices from around the world, together with a set of teaching and learning resources which will be launched in 2019.
