Background
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Neuroscience, Newcastle University, 2025.
- PGDip in Cloud Computing for Big Data, Newcastle University, 2020.
- BSc in Mathematics (First Class Honours), Lancaster University, 2014.
Research
Areas of expertise: data science, brain imaging, epilepsy
Current research
My current projects focus on developing computational approaches to improve research and treatment of epilepsy. I use statistics and machine learning to identify epileptogenic (seizure-generating) brain regions, aiming to improve outcomes in epilepsy surgery.
Research interests
- Epilepsy
- Epilepsy surgery
- Normative modelling & statistics
- Machine learning & deep learning
