Senate is, by statute, the supreme governing and executive body of the University in all academic matters.

Information about Senate's membership, meeting dates, deadlines, agendas, minutes and other documents is available on the Executive and Governance Office website.

University Education Committee (UEC) is a committee of Senate, with devolved powers and responsibility to develop strategy and policy on all aspects of the student educational experience. UEC has the prime responsibility for developing, monitoring and evaluating the University's Education Strategy, in the context of other key University strategies.
