Project Description

The aim of my research is to understand the relationship between practice culture and the resultant designs produced, which is expected to contribute to the knowledge of practice culture in architectural firms, hence providing a significant and measurable increase in the efficiency, effectiveness, profitability, and value generation of architectural firms and would in turn result in positive outcomes of design with improved quality and development of the built environment.
