The past 30 years has seen significant and sometimes rapid changes in the way we work. Organisations, including stakeholders; the wider community and society as well as the state and policy makers need to respond to these changes.
Executive Education applies equally to professionals in the private, public or voluntary sectors. All that is needed is an open mind and a desire to make a positive change. To capture this spirit we offer a variety of open and bespoke programmes, and offer:
- connections to world leading academics
- collective knowledge and collaboration which impacts and shapes both society and the business world
- commitment to making a difference on a global scale
Employee Relations Programme
Our Employee Relations programme offers a unique opportunity for individuals involved in managing people, be that as a manager or an employee representative, to continually develop their professional capability, leadership skills and critical thinking.
Our programme focuses on the employment relationship and those involved with the management, support and development of the workforce. It seeks to draw together a shared understanding of the interactions of these relationships.
Designed to be innovative, our programme works with large corporations, alongside trade unions and other employee relations bodies.
